STORY
With over 25 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge, care, and passion to everything I do. I am a fully trained Beauty Therapist and spent 11 wonderful years running my own beauty salon, creating a space where clients could relax, restore, and feel truly cared for.
My journey with yoga began in my early twenties, and it has been a constant thread throughout my life. Over the years, I have explored and trained in a variety of styles, including Hot Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Children’s Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. I love weaving elements of these different practices into my teaching, offering sessions that are balanced, intuitive, and supportive of each individual’s needs.
I also enjoy Pilates, which I love incorporating into some of my classes. I believe Pilates complements yoga beautifully, particularly in building core strength, stability, and overall body awareness. By blending these disciplines, I help clients develop strength from the inside out while maintaining flexibility and flow.
Alongside beauty therapy and yoga, I have trained in nutrition, hot and cold water therapies, and holistic massage. I enjoy integrating these different modalities to create a truly holistic approach that nurtures both body and mind.
In my beauty treatments, I work with a blend of professional-grade products and holistic, natural options for those who prefer a more natural route. I believe wellness is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to suit each client’s preferences and goals.
I also value collaboration and work closely with other trusted professionals, including nutritionists, aestheticians, and aromatherapists. I am happy to refer clients for specialised treatments outside of my own practice, ensuring you receive the best possible care and support.
My aim is simple: to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can feel empowered, strengthened, and truly well both inside and out.
